UConn Health squares away CMS audit trail and more with digital health platform

UConn Health has introduced a digital care management platform, Force Therapeutics, for the over 50% of US adults suffering from musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. The platform aims to overcome access barriers and standardize care pathways for each condition, and has resulted in 87% of patients compliant with Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) since its launch in early August 2023. It also meets the requirements for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ new reimbursement codes for remote care.
