UK must boost cyberdefenses to boost economic growth, Microsoft says

Microsoft has revealed that the UK economy could face problems growing unless the country addresses its poor cyber defences across organisations in the UK. According to their data, only 13% of these organisations are “resilient” to cyber crime, leaving nearly every sector risking a cyber attack. The data also showed two-thirds of the UK’s financial service executives believe the economy is threatened by poor cybersecurity.
