UpHealth Sells Cloudbreak Health Business to GTCR for $180M

Healthcare company UpHealth is selling its telehealth subsidiary, Cloudbreak Health, to private equity firm GTCR for $180m. The move is aimed at helping UpHealth reduce debt and prioritize its behavioral health venture, TTC Healthcare. Closing is expected in the first half of 2024.
