VA launches Facebook pages for all 152 medical centers

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has launched Facebook pages for each of its medical centers in the hope of engaging with returning veterans and providing them with relevant information at the local level. This initiative forms part of the Department’s efforts to transform communication with veterans and provide them with the healthcare and benefits they are entitled to. The VA has also developed a social media policy to guide its online communication with veterans.
