Vietnamese Hackers Using New Delphi-Powered Malware to Target Indian Marketers
Vietnamese threat actors are targeting Indian marketing professionals using the Ducktail stealer malware to hijack Facebook business accounts. The latest campaign uses Delphi programming language instead of .NET, with the malware sent through archive files disguised as PDFs. The malware scans for Chromium-based web browser shortcuts and sends information about all open tabs to a server controlled by cybercriminals. Google has filed a lawsuit against the culprits for misusing AI tools to spread malware and steal social media login details.
