WannaCry victim NHS Lanarkshire hit by new ransomware strain

NHS Lanarkshire in Scotland was hit by ransomware, causing delays in services and operations at hospitals and health centers. The attack was identified as the Bit Paymer ransomware, and a majority of services have been restored, but operations will take some more time to return to normal. This is the second time NHS Lanarkshire has been targeted by ransomware.
