WebMD Ignite collaborates on data privacy in omnichannel outreach

WebMD Ignite has partnered with Freshpaint’s privacy platform to help healthcare organizations ensure protected health information (PHI) is not shared with non-HIPAA compliant tools. This collaboration allows them to remove non-compliant tracking technology, de-identify visitors, and control data flow. This comes amidst heightened concerns over patient data privacy and ongoing debates over online tracking rules.
