Why a hidden biscuit factory has been created at a Southampton hospital

A Southampton hospital operated a secret biscuit factory, creating nearly 4,500 shortbreads for staff members to celebrate the organisation’s day on June 5. The Solent NHS Trust Charity-funded operation delivered shortbreads to more than 30 locations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
