Cybersecurity firm NordLayer’s study revealed the vulnerabilities in these facilities, with cyber criminals often leveraging third-party vendors to steal user data for identity theft or fraud purposes. To mitigate these threats, the Department of Health and Human Services has unveiled new tools dedicated to educating staff on cybersecurity practices.
