Zoom offers more AI features for healthcare organizations

Zoom has expanded the AI Companion capabilities for its healthcare and education customers, which will be incorporated throughout the video conferencing platform. The AI Companion now has new features, such as real-time digital assistant capabilities usable in meetings, chat, emails, and whiteboard tools. In addition, Zoom is planning future developments including pre-meeting preparation features and real-time feedback on personal interaction within meetings.
